About the role

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Superintendent is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of operations on assigned job sites. They oversee work teams, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards on site. Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper planning of work on the job site Maintain a constant presence on site to supervise work and resolve technical issues Supervise and lead work teams, including both subcontractors and JCB employees Plan requirements for materials, equipment, and labor Update project schedules Work collaboratively with the Project Manager Inform the Project Manager of any major changes that could impact the project Monitor and control labor hours (both internal and contracted) and submit time reports to the payroll department Welcome all site stakeholders in accordance with established health and safety procedures Ensure all activities comply w...
