Responsibilities:


+ Oversees the operations of construction site, from planning to completion.

+ Coordinates subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

+ Responsible for all job site safety (OSHA 10 minimum recommended).

+ Possesses excellent document record keeping.

+ Schedules and maintains quality control using checklists to ensure job site quality.

+ Coordinates required inspections with local jurisdictions.

+ Identifies conflicts in construction progress and communicates them to project team for resolution.
