Construction Superintendent – Commercial Interiors



Position Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial interior renovation projects throughout Boston and Greater Boston This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and building management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Projects range from smaller renovations around $5,000 to large-scale interior fit-outs exceeding $10M+, with most projects falling within the 10,000–50,000 square foot range. This role is best suited for a hands-on Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced occupied environments and can effectively manage multiple moving parts on complex interior projects.
