This role will partner with key stakeholders to oversee the effective transition of both services and embedded roles into Capability Hubs. Central to the role is ensuring that all transitions are delivered in line with the Capability Hub Transition Playbook, encompassing documented plans, clear acceptance criteria, robust performance measures, and the minimum requirements appropriate to each service type.
