Deliver the specified work within time, within budget, and to the desired level of quality and workmanship.
Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, trade contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to prepare and execute project plans in accordance with contract documents.
Attend pre-construction meetings and all other project meetings with stakeholders.
Communicate project status with all stakeholders as required.
Coordination of construction crews, owned and rented equipment, material supply, inspections, and subcontractors.
Maintain communication and working relationship with owners, subcontractors, contract administrators, and other stakeholders including local residents.
