Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee various smaller construction projects throughout the DC Capital region. These projects, ranging from $500k to $1M in value, primarily consist of interior fit-outs, renovations, and SCIF rooms.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of construction projects.

+ Review the scope of work and uphold quality standards.

+ Communicate project progress in meetings.

+ Prepare AHA's and daily reports.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of previous government construction experience.

+ OSHA 30 certification.

+ CPR/First Aid certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ QCM certification and EM385-1-1 are a bonus but not required.

+ Any additional certifications are added bonuses.

+ Must be a United States Citizen.
