Supervises salaried personnel, directing manufacturing operations within area of responsibility. Scope of responsibility includes:
(A) Processing raw materials through production and assembly operations.
(B) Ensuring adherence to production schedules, expediting production, controlling the flow of material, maintaining controlled accounts of production in process and end products produced to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production.
(C) Ensuring that all employees are directed in a firm, fair, and consistent manner and that a safe and highly productive environment is maintained at all times.
(D) Conduct area inspections to ensure that a safe and harmonious work environment is provided.
Responsible and accountable for ensuring all safety standards are observed and maintained at all times.
Responsible for training and career growth for all subordinate personnel.
