Work Coordination: Resolve technical clashes on-site and ensure trades integrate seamlessly without delaying the main construction schedule.
Quality & Compliance: Inspect workmanship, enforce Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, and ensure all works meet Singapore standards.
Safety Management: Conduct daily toolbox briefings, enforce Permit-To-Work systems, and maintain a strict zero-incident safety culture. (1, 2)
Resource Allocation: Track material deliveries, manage equipment usage, and plan daily or weekly manpower deployment.
