**Position Overview:**

Supervises and oversees day-to-day activities related to care of patients with mental health needs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care. Coordinates the assessment, treatment planning, and managing the disposition of patients including appropriate transfers depending on individual patient's needs. Establishes work priorities, and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, TJC standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
