Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Supervisor cum Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise ongoing work activities, and coordinate effectively between the logistics and sales teams. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all operational and on-site work to ensure tasks are completed as per plan and quality standards
Coordinate closely with the logistics team for timely movement, delivery, and availability of materials
Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations to ensure smooth order execution
Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status updates to management
