Description:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of the sanitation program. This position is also responsible for training and supervising sanitation personnel.
Schedule:

1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Essential Functions:

+ Directly supervises employees in the Sanitation Department

+ Responsible for supervising all facets of the cleaning and sanitation process for the entire processing plant efficiently and within budgetary constraints

+ Keeps manager informed on operation activities, employee activities, quality, safety and cost controls

+ Keeps accurate and up-to-date records

+ Encourages suggestions from employees which will improve production, quality, safety, and/or cost controls of production.
