Responsibilities

Responsible to perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.

Delivers the JPH / OPE every day, volumen attainment according to his área of responsibility.

Develop the EWO(root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes.

Manage the union resources. Only point of contact with union people.

Follow and execute Shop Floor Management.

Basic Skills

• Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics and electronics. ABB, Fanuc, Nachi and COMAU robots.
• ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet and PILZ communication networks.
• Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
• Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
