As the drafting supervisor, you will lead and guide a team of drafting professionals. This team is part of the Engineering Group and provides drafting support for advanced power plant designs including Small Modular Reactors as well as existing nuclear power plants. In this role, you will support existing Curtiss-Wright products as well as new product development. The position is considered a working supervisor where some of your time will be working on drawings. The successful candidate, and the team, will prepare working plans, detailed drawings and complete mechanical or electrical drawings of complex components and assemblies from notes, verbal instructions and rough or detailed sketches for engineering or manufacturing purposes, using computerized equipment (e.g., CAD/CAM).
