Job Description Technical Responsibilities Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex M&E issues Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals for accurate execution Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems Leadership & Supervision Mentor and guide junior technicians and electricians Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality of work Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to meet project timelines Safety & Compliance Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations Enforce proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures Conduct toolbox meetings and proactively address safety concerns Documentation & Coordination Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and site ac...
