Responsibilities

• Team Supervision and Management – Supervise, coach, and mobilize a team of heavy vehicle mechanics, assign tasks based on operational priorities and skill sets, ensure onboarding, training, and development of employees, enforce occupational health and safety rules and intervene in case of non‑compliance.
