This is an 18-month contract position that allows for the potential of extension or permanence. As a Home Support Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), ensuring they receive the necessary training and performance evaluations. You'll assess patient needs and maintain communication with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
