Job Purpose

Supervise all wellsite completion operations including hydraulic fracturing, prefrac intervention or toe preparation, wireline pump down perforating, frac plug milling, flowback, testing, and equipment handling ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution in alignment with approved engineering programmes. The role is responsible for maintaining well integrity, enforcing HSE standards, coordinating multi contractor activities, and delivering accurate operational and cost reporting. It serves as a critical interface between field execution and engineering, driving continuous improvement and service quality across all phases of the completion lifecycle.
