We are currently seeking a Woodland Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily woodland operations. Reporting to Woodlands Superintendent.Provide onboarding and orientation, coaching, and leadership for new and existing employees.Promote and maintain a safe work environment across all work sites.Ensure compliance with all applicable forestry and environmental requirements.Scale/measure logs and assess wood quality.Track and prepare reports on productivity, health and safety, and compliance.Work efficiently with a team, share information, communicate efficiently, and provide support as needed.
