Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in payroll and compensation & benefits, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Experience in payroll systems
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly and bi-monthly payroll for all employees, including those deployed through recruitment agencies.
Compute accurate payroll computations, including salaries, overtime, night differential, leave conversions, and other payroll adjustments.
