Manage test-related quality issues and monitor yield/defect Quality KPI.
Oversee on-hold/off-hold processes, working closely with Process Owners and QA engineers for accurate and prompt execution.
Ensure accurate and timely QC operations, including operator supervision and technician training (for newly introduced KPOV & new hires)
Provide refresher training sessions for the team to ensure everyone remains up to date with current processes and standards to keep technicians aligned
Collaborate with QA to review rework data, assess off-hold situations, and identify potential escapees.
Participate & lead in quality-related meetings and drive QC improvement projects.
