**Opportunity**

Providing leadership to direct reports and assigned staff of a rotating 12-hour shift. Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff, while maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all safety regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to and enforced. To ensure that all products are produced to the approved manufacturing specifications. Has approximately 30 – 40 direct reports. Manage to ensure all target and deadlines are met resulting in achieving or exceeding departmental/company

Key Performance Indicators

Total compliance for self and shift associates to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions. Creating a positive, efficient, and team-based work environment for all shift personnel. Ensuring that all direct staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
