**Job Summary / Purpose**

The Supervisor of Noninvasive Cardiovascular Services is accountable for the daily leadership and operations of departmental personnel, inventory, productivity, quality, and stewardship. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining and promoting a positive and forward-thinking culture within the department. Abides by all rules, regulations and values set forth by CMS, Joint Commission, and all applicable accrediting organizations

Provides daily leadership and direction for the noninvasive cardiovascular team while supporting and achieving the mission and values of the department, campus, and CHI Health Heart Institute

+ Leads the effective delivery of competent and efficient care by monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes to ensure compliance with clinical patient care standards.
