**Job Summary**

The Lean Program Supervisor is an onsite supervisor of the Lean Program. Leading the deployment, sustainment, and education of Lean within a DC. Responsible for the execution of Lean programs by ensuring Continuous Improvement ideas are captured, completed, and monitored for aging. Assists with closing the communication loop by sharing the outcome of all Continuous Improvement activity with the site. Manage and mentor others in the Lean Captain program, Kaizen activity to improve processes and deepen team member and management understanding of Lean. Monitors the effectiveness of the Lean Program and recommends activities to drive continuous improvement recommendations.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Engage Team Members and Management in Lean and the Lean Methodology. Coordinate activities to expose Team Members to Lean tools such as, the Simple Problem-Solving exercises, Gemba Walks, 5S, etc.
