As the Supervisor – Operations Training, you will lead a standardized, outcomes-driven training program focused on improving operational performance through effective execution. You will supervise Facility Trainers and ensure associates are trained, certified, and recertified to SOPs across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and 5S practices. You will establish and manage cross-training metrics to build workforce flexibility and skill depth across functions. You will partner with operations leadership to improve productivity, quality, service, and safety. You will ensure audit and safety compliance, support process development and continuous improvement, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen performance management.
