Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for ophthalmic clinical support team.

Responsibilities:


+ Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels including the supervising of onboarding, coaching and mentorship programs. Assist with career conversations and disciplinary actions.

+ Supervises quality measures for ophthalmic clinical work-up and facilitates staff develop programs. Ensures staff compliance with clinical work-up competencies and protocols.
