Job Purpose

The Supervisor – OPS Support is responsible for leading and coordinating all operations support activities for the ADNOC Onshore project. The role ensures efficient delivery of administrative and operational support services, compliance with ADNOC and project procedures, effective coordination between project teams, and timely resolution of operational issues to support safe and uninterrupted project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, etc)

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations Support, Project Services, or Project Administration in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience working on ADNOC, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Brownfield/Greenfield projects is essential.
• Familiarity with ADNOC management systems, procedures, and project requirements is preferred.
