Position Summary

MHIRJ is the merger of two significant legacies: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series program. We provide comprehensive operations, engineering and customer support solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, and global sales and marketing activities for the regional aircraft industry. We are recruiting for this position. The incumbent leads the Aftermarket Pricing team across all analyst levels and serves as the organizational owner for pricing governance, commercial strategy, and management of the Syncron Price platform. This role defines and enforces the operating model by which rule‑based or AI‑generated pricing recommendations are governed, validated, and translated into informed decisions that support margin expansion, improved win rates and long‑term customer value.
