Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Oversee daily operations of the CNC machine shop and manage manpower allocation. 
Monitor production schedules to ensure quality, delivery, and safety targets are achieved. 
Utilize Mastercam  for CNC programming and process optimization. 
Troubleshoot machining, production, and quality-related issues. 
Train, supervise, and support CNC machinists and operators. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and machine utilization. 
 Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. 
Proficient in Mastercam  programming. 
Familiar with CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers.
