Within our 300-person manufacturing facility in Tracy - Leprino is seeking a Quality (Audit) Supervisor to lead plant-based quality execution across daily operations. This role partners with plant leaders and employees to reinforce food safety practices, coach quality standards on the floor, and resolve execution gaps so products are made safely, accurately, and consistently.


At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $90,000 and $102,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.


What Youll Do:

+ Build and guide daily Quality Execution activities that keep food safety and product quality consistent across every shift.

+ Plan and coordinate staffing to support production needs while improving labor and workflow efficiency.
