Position Overview

            Job Scope – Supervisor Supervise daily stall operations and ensure smooth workflow 
Monitor food and beverage preparation quality and hygiene standards 
Manage staff attendance, duty roster, and work performance 
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally 
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures 
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies 
Assist in cashiering and daily sales reporting when required 
Train new staff on operating procedures and customer service standards
