Job Responsibilities . Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met. . Ensure production schedules are followed and completed on time. . Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust resources when necessary. . Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications. . Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product quality. . Investigate production defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. .
