Position Overview

            Superviseandleadelectricians :Assigntasks,provideguidance,andmonitorperformancetoensurequalityworkmanshipandadherencetoprojecttimelines. 
Projectplanningandcoordination :Plan,schedule,andcoordinateelectricalprojects,includingnewinstallations,upgrades,andrepairs,ensuringworkiscompletedontimeandwithinbudget. 
Technicaloversight :Interpretblueprints,schematics,andtechnicalmanuals;troubleshootcomplexelectricalissues;providetechnicalguidancetostaff. 
Safetyandcompliance :Ensureallworkcomplieswithelectricalcodes,safetyregulations,andindustrystandards;conductsiteinspectionstoidentifyrisks. 
Equipmentmanagement :Overseemaintenance,repair,andprocurementofelectricalequipment;ensureproperfunctioningandavailabilityon-site. 
Teamdevelopment :Train,mentor,andmotivatestaff;fosterasafeandproductiveworkenvironment.
