Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site activities 
Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers 
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies 
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications 
Monitor project progress and report updates to management 
Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks 
Inspect work areas and identify potential risks or issues 
Manage materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently 
Conduct site meetings and toolbox talks 
Resolve on-site problems and conflicts 
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation 
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the construction site
