Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Oversee daily operations in the central kitchen/food production line 
Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with company standards 
Maintain compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP / GMP) 
Supervise, train, and manage production staff, including shift planning 
Control raw material usage and reduce wastage to improve efficiency 
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams 
Handle operational issues to ensure timely order fulfilment 
Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing. 
Must work on weekends/PH. 
 Requirements  Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or production supervision preferred 
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS and Singapore food safety regulations. 
Good leadership and team management skills
