Job Summary:

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for ensuring all supplies are available in the appropriate non-clinical/clinical location at time of case by coordinating and monitoring inventory orders; coordinating and monitoring procedures to ensure ongoing availability of products; monitoring the maintenance of inventory databases and libraries; reviewing findings from reports on use and inventory management; coordinating the training of staff in choosing the necessary equipment, implants, positioning aides, supplies, instrumentation, vendors and biologics; identifying areas of improvement in medical/surgical inventory control/management; ensuring the effective maintenance of inventory management databases and systems by monitoring work and coordinating resources for implementing system changes; monitoring the resolution of problems for users; monitoring the training and development of system users; identifying and recommendin...
