As a Table Games Supervisor, you will ensure integrity and compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations relating to this position.
Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastically promote a customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s) • Perform accurate chip and cash transactions • Observe, analyze, and maintain the integrity of all table game activity • Ensure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guests • Supervise the appropriate issuance of credit and player tracking • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board • Must have game knowledge...
