Position Overview

Summary *** Division amended*** This position is located under the Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations. Location will be determined upon selection. This position serves as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) in the Professional Responsibility Division; responsibilities include developing detailed plans, objectives, and goals for integrity investigations of ATF employees throughout the United States, including cases involving racial and sexual harassment. Responsibilities The major duties of the Supervisory Criminal Investigator position include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides professional leadership and guidance in planning, coordinating, managing, and participating in integrity investigations. Leads or conducts investigations that may involve high profile criminal cases.
