Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the FACILITIES PLANNING & ANALYSIS BRANCH of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will provide engineering services and engineered processes to all departments. You will provide engineering support for shipyard work measurement system. You will hear and resolve employee complaints and refer serious unresolved complaints to higher level management. You will be considered a technical expert/specialist and function as the technical authority relative to engineering and management phases of the branch.
