The position is the senior principal advisor on matters related to facility maintenance and management Responsibilities At the full performance level (GS-13) the major duties of Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist position include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee facilities management division planning, budgeting, staffing, and administration by allocating resources and monitoring expenditures; managing hiring, training, and employee performance; leading a comprehensive safety program and promoting a strong safety culture; and providing clear reports and recommendations to park leadership regarding priorities, risks, and long-term facility strategies.
