Summary This position serves as a Supervisory Financial Management Specialist in the Quality Review/Quality Assurance Team (QRQA), Medical Claims Support Division (MCD), Financial Healthcare Service (FHS), within the Financial Services Center (FSC) in Austin Texas. It is part of the FHS Team and performs a wide variety of duties in support of the FSC's medical claims processing systems. Responsibilities Analyzing medical claims processes and procedures; identifying issues and provide solutions to problems; researching trends and conducting root-cause analysis to develop courses of action. Administers and applies regulatory guidance and policy. Troubleshoots system problems and provides solutions. Supervises, trains and directs work assignments. Performs administrative and personnel management functions by establishing guidelines and performance expectations for staff.
