Position Overview

Summary This position is located in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch of the Division of Enforcement Litigation. The function of this Branch is to conduct the litigation in the Court of Appeals involving the enforcement or review of Board. The incumbent of this position serves as one of several supervisors in the Branch and is responsible for preparing and litigating the most difficult cases in the Courts of Appeals. Responsibilities As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Appellate Attorney), GS-0905-15, your typical work assignments may include: Performing legal research and analysis; ensuring the technical accuracy and completeness of briefs in addressing the factual and legal issues involved with cases to include the applicable citations of law.
