Duty Location: Byron, California Responsibilities Serves as the Chief of the Tracy Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division responsible for all O&M functions affecting the Tracy Fish Facilities, the Tracy Pumping Plant, the Delta-Mendota Canal, and O'Neill Pump-Generating Plant. -Provides general direction for the operation and maintenance of facilities retained by the Bureau in the above-mentioned service areas.
