Summary This position serves as Chief Engineer under the administrative direction of the Director and is responsible for the technical direction of GLS engineering and environmental related activities. This position directs a variety of activities related to capital improvements, engineering and technical developments to achieve a reliable and safe navigation system. The employee is responsible for developing comprehensive programs for existing facilities and directs engineers and staff for this work.
