Summary This position functions as a Supervisory Health System Specialist - Group Practice Manager at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center and reports to the Quality and Patient Safety service line. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure a high quality patient experience by acting on continued feedback from the Veteran customer, family/significant others, engaged employees and expert clinical teams; and to provide oversight and administrative management and supervision.
