The incumbent serves as an Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in the Workforce Accountability & Relations Division of the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS). Responsibilities As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist at the GS-0201-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: -Supervise team of approximately 5 senior GS-0201-14 Human Resources Specialists -Responsible for the conduct of Department-wide HR assessments/studies -Advise senior Department leadership on significant and far-reaching HR matters -Coordinates with respective partners within and external to the Department on relevant HR matters, and establishes/maintains cooperative relationships -Routinely responds to Department and higher level inquires using approved package requirements in an extremely expeditious manner.
