This position serves as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations in the Office of Chief Human Capital Officers (OCHCO) Human Resources Service Center. The Director oversees the development, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive employee and labor relations programs. Responsibilities Major Duties Include: Serves as an advisor and consultant to the HRO and AHRO on projects and programs related to Employee/Labor Relations.
