Responsibilities The incumbent serves as Chief, Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, (ISR) Systems and Technology (CG-26) for the Assistant Commandant for Intelligence (CG-2), U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington, DC. The incumbent serves as a technical authority and Coast Guard Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Coast Guard intelligence program information technology (IT) capabilities, oversees the Coast Guard Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Information Assurance program and perform the duties of, and be certified to serve as, the TS//SCI Authorizing Official.
