Summary This position is in the Department of the Chief Information Office, Product Development Office (PDO), Mission Support Systems Division (MSSD). MSSD develops, delivers, and supports case and client management systems for the federal Judiciary, including the probation and pretrial services offices. Responsibilities The Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Senior Product Manager) leads and oversees the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing operations of the PACTS360 product portfolio to achieve outcomes and objectives established by strategic leadership. The incumbent supervises a multidisciplinary team of federal employees and contractors, including IT project managers, service owners, developers, and solutions architects.
