This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Serving as the first-line supervisor and technical expert within the Administrative Services Division (MS), the incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Management & Administration in the Office of the Chief of Management and Administration (M).

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Direct and continuously improves comprehensive administrative services across multiple organizational units, including personnel operations, budget and financial management, travel, records management, public transit subsidy program, space utilization, and facility logistics.
Lead workflow analysis, internal control reviews, and process improvement initiatives to optimize resource allocation, mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals.
