Summary The Office of Integrated Veterans Care (IVC) is responsible for a broad range of activities to support the delivery of health care benefits for Veterans and Dependents with health care services external to VA facilities. In addition, this business line plans, manages, and supports IVC enterprise-wide learning and workforce development programs. Responsibilities Duties: Coordinates efforts to develop and implement national program performance measures based on emerging priorities; new or revised legislation; process changes or improvements; innovation or discontinuous change; and organizational decisions. Interprets guidelines (e.g., Federal law, administrative policies), develops policies, develops and/or implements local policies, defines administrative requirements, and provides advice to management on related issues.
